Is MyOSH still a good choice for AU construction?
For organisations heavily invested in MyOSH's configurable forms and inspections workflows, sticking is reasonable. The case for switching is strongest when you spend more time building forms than drafting documents, or when you operate across the Tasman and need a single ANZ platform.
Can I migrate from MyOSH?
Yes. Export documents from MyOSH as PDFs / Word and upload to RAE IQ as reference documents — the drafting engine uses them as context. Workers, licences, training and incident histories can be imported via CSV on Professional and Business plans.
Does RAE IQ handle Industrial Manslaughter exposure?
Yes. The Officer Due Diligence module covers WHS Act s.27 (and HSWA s.44 for NZ) with quarterly attestations and a board-grade Verification Report — exactly the contemporaneous evidence an officer would want to point to if charged under the Industrial Manslaughter laws in Vic, QLD, ACT, SA, WA or NT.
What about MyOSH's legacy data?
Historical inspection records, incident registers and document libraries can be exported from MyOSH and bulk-uploaded into RAE IQ. CSV import is supported for workers, licences and training records on Professional and Business. PDFs become reference documents for the drafting engine.
How is RAE IQ priced compared to MyOSH?
MyOSH is custom-priced based on configuration scope. RAE IQ is a flat tiered subscription starting at free (3 documents) and topping out at Business ($249 AUD/month). For most mid-market SMEs, RAE IQ is materially less expensive than a fully-configured MyOSH deployment.
