What does Document Control & Currency actually do?
It tracks every controlled document — whether generated by RAE IQ or uploaded as a reference — with a review cycle, ownership, approval chain and lifecycle status. When a document is approaching review, overdue, superseded or withdrawn, the register shows it immediately, and the retirement register records every transition immutably for audit.
How does the Evidence Pack work?
When you generate an Evidence Pack, RAE IQ captures a frozen JSONB snapshot of the relevant modules at that exact moment, then builds a ZIP containing PDFs (cover, summary, clause-by-clause findings, manifest) and bundles the source documents. It also issues an "Audit Room" link your external auditor can open without a login. Both the ZIP and the Audit Room read from the same snapshot, so they never diverge.
What is NSW s26A and how is RAE IQ ready for it?
From 1 July 2026, NSW WHS Act s26A makes approved Codes of Practice enforceable duties rather than just evidence of how to comply. RAE IQ already captures per-document alignment to Codes (suggested → draft → asserted) with deviation justifications and equivalent-or-higher-standard rebuttal fields, so NSW s26A compliance is documented at the document level.
Can I export the retirement register for audit?
Yes. The Document Retirement Register exports as CSV or PDF (Business tier), and entries cannot be edited or deleted once written — tamper-evident by design.
