How does the contractor induction flow work for a subbie on their phone?
You send them a per-worker access token (SMS or email). They open it on their phone — no login needed — and step through the induction modules: text, images, embedded videos, PDFs, checklists. At the end they answer a few knowledge-check questions, touch-draw a signature, and a QR-verified PDF certificate is issued. Your supervisor scans the QR at the gate to verify it's current.
What happens when a licence is about to expire?
The daily cron sweeps every licence on file. At 90, 60, 30 and 14 days before expiry, the worker (and you, as admin) get an email. On Business tier, an expired licence can hard-block JSA sign-on for any high-risk work that needs it.
