Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period.
You will see a soft warning at 80% of any monthly limit and an upgrade prompt when you hit it. No surprise overage charges; you choose whether to upgrade or wait until the next month.
Yes. Yearly billing is 10× the monthly price (2 months free), which works out to ~17% off. The same money buys more documents, more registers and more contractor inductions.
Free gives you 3 documents to try the platform (SWMS or Risk Assessments only) for one user, in one jurisdiction. No card required. Documents stay watermarked unless you upgrade.
Active means a record that has not been archived or marked complete. You can have unlimited archived/completed records on every paid plan; the limit only applies to in-flight ones.
Yes. If you downgrade, any data above the new tier's limits stays read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can upgrade again at any time to restore write access.
Yes. If you need 50+ users, single sign-on, custom data residency, or a procurement contract, talk to us. We can structure a Business+ engagement.
Each plan ships with a fixed seat count. Owners and admins can invite users by email; users only count against the seat cap once they accept the invite.
Yes. Documents export as PDF; registers export as CSV. Available on every paid plan. We never hold your data hostage.
No. Customer data is never used to train AI models. We use Anthropic Claude with structured-output schemas; prompts are short-lived and isolated to your organisation.
