Platform pillar

Multi-site safety that the data model actually supports.

Workplaces as first-class entities, plant register with statutory inspection dates, inspections programme with mobile capture, and contractor inductions with QR-verified certificates at the gate.

In short

Multi-site safety starts with the data model. Every operational record (incidents, chemicals, inspections, plant, contractors) carries a workplace_id, so a workplace switcher in the header scopes everything. Plant and inspections complete the site-management picture.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Every operational record (incident, chemical, inspection, plant item, contractor) carries a workplace_id, so when you switch the workplace in the header, every list view filters to that site. A central Workplace Manager sees the whole picture; a depot manager only sees their depot. It's enforced at the database row-level via Postgres RLS, not just in the UI.
