ACC RTW pathway, week one to fit-for-duty.

New Zealand's no-fault ACC scheme is unlike any AU workers' comp model. RAE IQ runs the right pathway: employer-funded week one at 80%, ACC from week two, with suitable duties and certificate-of-capacity tracking.

ACC no-fault pathway

Week one of incapacity is employer-funded at 80% of weekly earnings. Week two onwards is ACC-funded at 80%. The platform tracks the handover so neither party gets it wrong.

Certificates of capacity

Upload medical certificates from treating doctors. Restrictions feed into a suitable-duties library and trigger review reminders ahead of each certificate end-date.

Suitable duties library

Build a list of suitable duties keyed to common restrictions (no lifting > 5 kg, no extended standing, etc.) so RTW planning is a matching exercise, not a brainstorm.

RTW plan with HSWA s44 evidence

Every RTW plan is a piece of officer due-diligence evidence under HSWA s44. The platform produces a PDF the board would actually read.

PHI-aware access logging

Medical information is a separate access tier. Every view of a medical record is logged. Coroner-grade audit trail by default.

Linked to incident records

The RTW plan links to the incident that caused the injury, so when WorkSafe asks for context it's a single export.
